Appointment Cancellation

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

如果在收货后14天内,未使用且保持原包装、配件齐全且未安装,一般可申请退货。已安装、已使用、特制订单或清仓品通常不可退。请联系安心家电申请退货并提交订单信息与照片。

收到货物有损坏或有缺陷怎么办?

退货谁承担运费?
